Date Night Dessert Bites

This healthier option offers best of both worlds, its sweet, chewy and crunchy. It makes you feel like your eating a candy bar and satisfies your sweet tooth

Ingredients

  • 8 Ea Dates
  • 2 Teaspoons Almond Butter Or any nut butter
  • 5 oz Dark Chocolate or Semi Sweet
  • 1/4 cup Almonds Dry Unsalted

Instructions

  • Remove the pits from the dates
  • Add 1/4 Tsp of nut butter to inside date cavity
  • Add 1 almond inside each one and close date
  • In microwave safe bowl melt chocolate doing 30 second increments and stirring in between until smooth
  • Dip each date in the chocolate and place on a plate lined with parchment, wax or oven liner so it does not stick.
  • Refrigerate for 30 min and serve, store in container up to 5 days
