2TeaspoonsAlmond ButterOr any nut butter
5ozDark Chocolateor Semi Sweet
1/4cup AlmondsDry Unsalted
Instructions
Remove the pits from the dates
Add 1/4 Tsp of nut butter to inside date cavity
Add 1 almond inside each one and close date
In microwave safe bowl melt chocolate doing 30 second increments and stirring in between until smooth
Dip each date in the chocolate and place on a plate lined with parchment, wax or oven liner so it does not stick.
Refrigerate for 30 min and serve, store in container up to 5 days
