Creamy Dreamy Vanilla Ice Cream
This eggless ice cream is packed with vanilla flavor and is sweet and creamy. It takes a little planning on your part but the actual process of making the ice cream is simple. It only has four ingredients and the mixer does all the work.

Equipment
- 1 Kitchenaid Mixer
- 1 Ice Cream Maker Bowl and Attachment For Kitchenaid Mixer
- 1 Glass Bowl w. Lid
- 1 Measuring cup
- 1 Measuring spoon
- 1 Rubber Spatula
Ingredients
- 14 Ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3 Cups Heavy Cream
- 2 Tbs Vanilla Extract
- 1 Pinch Salt
Instructions
Set Up The Mixer
- Freeze the Kitchenaid Ice Cream bowl for 24 hours prior to making the ice cream
- Attach the paddle spinner to the mixer
- Remove the bowl from the freezer
- Place the paddle in the bowl
Making the Ice Cream
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk into the bowl. scrape the can with a rubber spatula to get it all out
- Pour the cream in the bowl
- Add in the vanilla
- Add the pinch of salt
- Lower the mixer so that it fits into the divet on the top of the ice cream paddle
- Lock the mixer in place
- Mix on the lowest speed setting 1
- Let the mixer churn the ice cream for 30 minutes
- You can eat the ice cream at this point if you like soft serve or you can move it to a bowl with a tight fitting lid and let it freeze for 4 to 5 hours and it will be scoopable
