Equipment
- 1 Air fryer
- 1 Baking Dish
Ingredients
- 4 Onions We like the Vidalia variety for its sweetness
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 4 Tbs Butter
- Salt
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients
- Pre heat your air fryer to 350 F
- Slice the onion at the top, making sure to leave the root intact
- Leave the skin on the onion
- Using your paring knife insert it into the middle of the onion on the side where you sliced it. You want to make a diviet to hold the butter, vinegar and rosemary.
- Add a tablespoon of butter to each onion
- Add a sprig of rosemary to each onion
- Salt the onions generously
- Drizzle the Balsamic into each divit
- Once you smell the onions really cooking you can remove them and sprinkle the parmesan over them usually at about the 6 -10 minute mark
- Return them to the airfryer for 5 more minutes or until the centers are soft and the tops are brown
