Refreshing Melon Water
We used cantaloupe but watermelon or honeydew also work well and taste so delicious! A good natural fit especially for those who do not like the taste of plain water, or those counting calories.

- 2 Cups Melon Cut Up
- 1 Half Gallon of Water
Wash, cut and slice the melon
Add the melon to a jar
Fill the jar with filtered water
Sit in the refrigerator for 12- 24 hours before drinking
You can refill the water for the next 3 days
After 3 days the fruit will begin to break down and you should discard the fruit and any water that is left.
