For The Pies

- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 3 Cups Canned Pumpkin
- 3 Cups Flour
- 2 Eggs
For the Filling
- 6 Ounces Cream Cheese softened
- 3/4 Stick of Butter softened
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 and 1/2 Cups Confectioners’ Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
