Salad Wrap

This is a great way to use the leftover salad from last night's meal. We love a salad wrap and when you make it on the lavash bread it does not come out soggy.

Ingredients

  • 1 pc Lavash Bread
  • 2 Cups Salad Left overs
  • 2 Oz Salad Dressing

Dressing

  • 1/2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Ea Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Honey
  • 1/4 Tsp Basil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  • Dump you leftover salad (with no dressing) onto a cutting board & chop
  • Here you can add anything you like that was not already in your salad (i.e.) Cheese, Meat, Beans. Just depends on how hungry you are.
  • Pour your salad dressing over the chopped salad and and mix
  • Place a peace of parchment or wax paper down and lay Lavash bread on top, add salad mixture and roll like a burrito, folding sides in and then roll from bottom side up.
  • Roll the wrap now in the parchment (like they do at the sub shops) and cut in half with a knife.
