Notes
Preparation: I'll show you how I cut the pork belly into 1-inch squares and season them with my homemade rub. Smoking: Using apple wood and lump charcoal, I get the smoker started and bring it up to the right temperature. Cooking: I cook the pork belly bites at around 250°F for about 3 hours, ensuring they absorb all that lovely smoke. Saucing: In the final hour, I add BBQ sauce to the pork belly bites to give them an extra layer of flavor and a nice crust. Tasting:
Finally, I taste the pork belly bites and share my thoughts on the result. Don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more tips and recipes! If you try this recipe or have your own, please share in the comments – I'd love to hear from you.
