  • 2 Sheets Parchment Paper or Silpat
  • 1 Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Pita Bread
  • 1/2 Tsp Zaatar
  • 1/2 Tsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/3 Tsp Sumac Dried
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Avocado Oil Can use Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Gather Your Ingredients
  • Preheat Your Oven to 380 F
  • Separate your top pita from the bottom by slicing it open or tearing it open
  • Lay them flat on a baking sheet lined with a piece of parchment paper
  • Season the pita
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown
