Assembling and Cooking

  • Coat a mini muffin pan with cooking spray
  • Take 1 large teaspoon of cookie dough and press lightly into the muffin tray
  • Spoon tablespoon of brownie batter on top of the cookie dough and bake at 350° F for 10-12 minutes
  • Remove from oven and press (1) Reese cup down in middle until it's sinks in.
  • Let cool for 30+ minutes before trying to remove from pan. (I prefer to press and twist out of pan to avoid marks with knife)

You can substitute packaged chocolate chip cookie dough and box brownie mix and still have a good result. However for flavor and your budget homemade is always better.
