Cut the vegetables into bite sized pieces
Place the vegetables in their own bowl or bag
Cut the beef into bite sized pieces
Place into its own bowl or bag
Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces
Place the chicken it is own bowl or bag
Pour the marinade evenly into each bowl/bag
Let it sit in the fridge at least 2 hours up to overnight
30 minutes before you are ready to assemble the kebobs soak the wooden skewers ( this prevents them from splintering and firing up on the grill)
Add your choice of meats and vegetables on your pre-soaked skewers
Grill. until the chicken has reached an internal minimum temperature of 165F
