Raspberry Lime Rickey
A cool, refreshing drink from our childhood is popular again. Mint and raspberry are the flavors and the bubbles come from the seltzer.

1 small fine mesh strainer
Ingredients
For The Raspberry Puree

Raspberries
1/3
Cup
White Sugar
Monk fruit or other sweetener is fine
1/3
Cup
Water
For The Drinks
32
Oz.
Seltzer Water
Soda Water or other fizzy water can be substituted

Lime
Fresh Squeezed
Instructions
For The Puree
Wash the respberries
Put the raspberries in a saucepan with the sugar
Bring to a boil
Cook down for 5 minutes
Pour through fine mesh strainer
Let it cool before adding it to your glass
For The Drinks
Add ice to a glass
For each drink add three teaspoons of the raspberry
Slice a lime and squeeze it in 3/4 to a whole lime
Stir gently for just 1 sec
Add a drinking straw to the glass and enjoy

Alternative you can use strawberry and follow same directions above
