- 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Granny Smith Apple
- 1 Tsp Honey
- 1/4 Tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Orange
- 1 Garlic
- 1 Tsp Onion Salt
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Wash the green apple and set aside to dry
Wash the orange and set aside to dry
Place the onion salt into a jar
Pour in the olive oil
Pour in the vinegar
Peel and mince the garlic
Chop up the green apple
Peel the orange and cut into small pieces
Add the garlic to the jar
Add the apple
Add the orange, the honey and the dijon mustard
Add salt and pepper to taste
Cover with a lid
Shake well
Let it sit in the fridge for 24-48 hours to let the fruits breakdown
Add to a dressing bottle for serving
Since making this several times after we made the original video we added some honey and dijon mustard to the recipe and we think it really balances out the acid from the citrus.Ā

Variation: Just use the juice and the zest of the orange.Ā
