Fresh Squeezed Lemonade

Equipment

  • 1 Citrus Squeezer In our video we show you 3 options
  • 1 Measuring cup
  • 1 Mason Jar
  • 1 Pitcher for Serving

Ingredients

  • 6 Lemons
  • 2 Quarts Water
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients
  • Wash the lemons
  • Cut them in half
  • Squeeze the juice. You an use one of many juicers . (In the video we share three types we have used)
  • Strain the seeds
  • Add the sugar
  • Shake well
  • Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
  • Serve over ice

Notes

We recommend trying 1/2 sugar and 1/2 stevia to cut the calories and carbs
