Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Tahini
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh
  • 1 Tsp Honey If you like sweeter add 2 Tsp
  • 4 Tbsp Water
  • 1/8 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbs Turmeric
  • 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic

Instructions

  • Add the tahini and olive oil together in a medium sized bowl. mix with a spoon
  • Pour in the lemon juice and honey
  • Sprinkle in the turmeric
  • Add the black pepper, and salt
  • Add the water 1 Tbs at a time until your dressing reaches the desired consistency
  • Whisk it all together
  • Using a funnel pour it into the cruet

Notes

Serve this dressing over roasted sweet potato on top of salad greens 
 
Or on top of a Sweet Potato Kale Salad
