- 1/2 Cup Tahini
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh
- 1 Tsp Honey If you like sweeter add 2 Tsp
- 4 Tbsp Water
- 1/8 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Tbs Turmeric
- 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic
Add the tahini and olive oil together in a medium sized bowl. mix with a spoon
Pour in the lemon juice and honey
Sprinkle in the turmeric
Add the black pepper, and salt
Add the water 1 Tbs at a time until your dressing reaches the desired consistency
Whisk it all together
Using a funnel pour it into the cruet
Serve this dressing over roasted sweet potato on top of salad greens
Or on top of a Sweet Potato Kale Salad
