1/2Cupof Grated CheeseParmigiano Reggiano is what I use
2Eggs
1TablespoonMinced Garlic
2TablespoonsParsley
1/4Onion Minced
1/8Teaspoon of Salt
1/8Teaspoon of Black Pepper
Oil for FryingIf using the frying method
Instructions
Frying Method
Mix all ingredients together except the oil
Form the meatballs as close to the same size as you can, this will help in timing the cooking and also look best in your dish.
If you are frying heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the meatballs so that they touch, but are not crowded.
Turn with a spoon to brown evenly. If you are cooking the meatballs further such as in a sauce you only have to cook until lightly browned and so they do not fall apart when you touch them.
If you plan to eat them right away or not planning to cook further make sure you have cooked completely by cutting one open.
Baking Method
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
Line a baking sheet with parchment or a Silpat
Place the meatballs with some room to brown
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or just until your meatballs are cooked all the way through. This will vary based on size.

Notes
Tip: for more tender meatballs the less you mix and roll the better they will be.
