Sesame Encrusted Tuna
This offered the best crunch and flavor burst. My Tuna was not the best qualify which is why I didn't under cook it but I was so impressed with this salad it my top 5 go to's now.

Ingredients
- 2 6 oz Tuna Steak
- 1/4 Cup White Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Black Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Gochujang Paste
- `1 ea Garlic Clove grated
- 1 Tsp Honey
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger Powder
- `1 Tsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Remove Tuna from package and pat dry with paper towel
- In a bowl combine everything except the Tuna and Sesame seeds
- Mix the white and black sesame seeds together in another bowl
- Dip the tuna into the marinade ensuring all sides are coated and then place directly into the sesame seeds pressing seeds down on the tuna ensuring every inch is covered.
- Heat oil on Med/High heat and cook the Tun on eat side approx. 3-4 min on each side.
- Once complete let rest for a few minutes before slicing

Serve with your favorite salad, I use what I had on hand ;Â bed of greens, pickled radish, sweet carrots, avocado and fresh garden tomatoes. My dressing drizzle was sweet chili sauce with rice vinegar mix together.Â
