Equipment
- 1 Grill
Ingredients
- 3 Peaches
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Tsp Coconut Sugar Regular Brown Sugar is Optional
- 2 Tbs Butter
Instructions
- Wash the peaches
- Slice in half
- Remove the pit
- Using a spoon scrap the divit where the pit was to remove any pieces of the pit that may have been left behind
- Sprinkle the coconut sugar on a baking tray or plate
- Lay the peaches onto the sugar until ready to grill
- Melt the butter
- Add the vanilla extract or bourbon and give a little stir
- Heat your grill to medium high heat
- Brush the peaches with the melted butter mixture
- Place on the grill cut side down
- Grill until your can clearly see the marks on the peach flesh
- Turn over and heat the bottom of the peach until you give it a tiny squeeze with your grill tongs and the peach starts to bend in slightly- do not over grill or they will be mushy
- Remove from the grill and let them cool slightly if topping with whipped cream or ice cream

We topped ours with a bit of whipped cream however vanilla ice cream and or honey is also delicious on top.Â
You can substitute Bourbon for Vanilla Extract and the flavor intensifiesÂ
