General Gau Chicken Lo Mein

- 14 oz Lo Mein Cooked and set aside
- 18 oz General Gau Chicken Pre packaged cooked in air fryer or oven
- 2 ea Celery Stalks Thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Carrot Shredded
- 1 cup Zucchini Chopped
- 1/2 cup Bell Pepper Sliced
- 1/2 cup Onion Sliced
- 2 ea Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 tsp Ginger Minced
- 2 ea Eggs scramble
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 2 ea Green Onion Diced
Boil Lo Mein noodles according to instructions on your package, drain and set aside
Cook general gau chicken in airfryer or oven as directed on the package until crispy, set aside
In wok or large fry pan heat on med-high heat and add oil
Add Celery, Carrot and onion and saute for 1 minute, then add remaining vegetables and continue to cook for 3 minutes. Add Garlic and Ginger and cook for 1 more minute.
Reduce heat to medium and create a hole in middle of pan, crack eggs and scramble egg in same pan. Once fully cooked mix all together
Keep heat on Medium and add the cooked Lo Mein noodles and mix with vegetable and egg mixture
Add the chicken and pour sauce packet that came with the General Gau, add green onion and mix. Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds
Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds
If you prefer additional spice, cook in some chili with the vegetables
