Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
This juice is made from only one ingredient. Some other recipes tell you to add sugar or water but I would only do that if, your oranges taste bitter. The Navel or Valencia oranges should be sweet enough on their own. Each orange will net an ounce of juice.

Cut each orange in half
Depending on the type of juicer you are using the technique will vary, however, face down is the rule of thumb. Have the glass ready and squeeze.
Remember the rule 1 orange = 1 oz of juice
