Fresh Fried Mozzarella Sticks
Starting with real whole mozzarella really makes these taste so much better than using processed cheese. Great game day recipe!

- 1 Fresh Mozzarella Ball sliced
- 1/2 Cup Italian Breadcrumbs
- 1 Cups Panko Breadcrumbs
- 4 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Marinara
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
In a small bowl add the eggs and milk.
Combine the breadcrumbs together and mix in a separate bowl.
Heat the oil to 350 degrees F and maintain the heat.
Slice the mozzarella into even slices or buy pre-cut
Take one slice of the mozzarella and dip it into the egg mixture on both sides.
Take that slice and dip it in the breadcrumb mix.
Repeat and do it again, each slice should be double dipped.
Place the mozzarella in the oil and cook for 30 seconds on each side.Make sure not to overcook or the cheese will melt out the sides.
Take out and drain on paper towel or wire rack.
Heat marinara sauce and place on bottom of a plate.
Stagger fried mozzarella on top and sprinkle with parmesan.
