If you are watching carbs or cutting carbs this is a great alternative to a low carb wrap because this wrap is zero carbs! You get all the flavor from the buffalo chicken filling and the satisfaction of having a sandwich from the wrap. Serve with carrots and celery for that needed crunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Pre-cooked Chicken
  • 1 Cup Lettuce
  • 1 Ounces Blue Cheese
  • 1 EggLife Wrap
  • 1.5 Tbsp Homemade Buffalo Sauce

Instructions

  • Start with the EggLife Wraps
  • Place one wrap on a flat surface
  • Add your lettuce, chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheese
  • Roll the wrap into a cigar shape
  • Cut the wrap in half
  • Serve with celery and lettuce for crunch
