This lovely reduction can be made with either honey or brown sugar. They both are wonderful with the balsamic vinegar. Give them a try and let us know which taste you prefer.
- 1 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- ⅓ Cup Honey or 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
- In small saucepan add the balsamic dressing and either the brown sugar or the honey.
- Mix and turn on med high heat.
- Bring to a rapid simmer and cook for 15-17 min, until it reduces to 1/3.
- Set aside and let cool.
