Oven Roasted Baby Potatoes

Baby potatoes that are red or yellow are the best roasted in the oven with a little salt and olive oil. They add a simple side element without taking away from the star of the meal. Left over they can be smashed and fried- still yummy!

  • 1 Sheet Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 Lbs Bag of Small Baby Potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Garlic chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Clean the potatoes using water. Use a cloth or a brush and pat them dry.
  • Combine all the ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes.
