Ingredients 8 Oz. of Swordfish (thick loin cut similar to a size of a beef filet) 2 Tablespoons of Lemon Pepper Seasoning 1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil 1 Tablespoon of Butter ½ Lemon 1 Teaspoon of Fresh Garlic (minced) ½ Teaspoon of Salt Instructions Rinse the swordfish under water and pat dry with a paper towel. Heat a frying pan on medium/high heat and add the oil and butter. Rub the lemon pepper mixture, garlic, and salt on all sides of the swordfish. Place the fish in the frying pan, when you do you should hear a nice loud sizzle. Add ½ of the lemon to the pan. Cook swordfish on each side for approximately 3-4 on minutes each side. When you flip the fish, rub lemon all around the pan. Serve with your favorite fresh vegetables !
